Brisan’s approach when adopting a client that has been getting a poor service from their accountant is to work on improving their perception of accountants in general.
That included identifying and rectifying outstanding issues within their accounts. Since then we have made sure they receive accurate data and advice to ensure compliance and help them to achieve their company goals.
