Kylie works closely with business owners to help them understand their financial information and use it to make better business decisions, rather than simply focusing on year-end accounts and tax returns.Â
She particularly enjoys advisory work, helping clients plan ahead, gain clarity over their finances and build long-term relationships where Brisan becomes a trusted adviser to their business.
 Her areas of expertise include supporting SMEs across a range of sectors, management reporting, forecasting, tax planning and helping business owners make informed financial decisions.
 Outside of work, Kylie enjoys spending time with her family and playing rugby.Â
Keeley Walker
Associate Director
Keeley oversees the day-to-day operations and growth of Brisan, working closely with business owners to help them achieve their goals.
She most enjoys working alongside the Brisan team and seeing small businesses grow and thrive.
Her areas of expertise include supporting small and medium-sized businesses, operations, systems and processes and she’s proudly a self-confessed Xero geek.
Outside of work, Keeley is a season ticket holder for Arsenal Women.
Sarah Watson
Senior Compliance Manager
Sarah is responsible for ensuring Brisan’s compliance requirements are met. Her role includes monitoring filing deadlines, preparing year-end accounts and tax returns, and managing confirmation statements to ensure everything is completed accurately and on time.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with family.
Lorraine Cooper
Senior Client Advisor
Lorraine predominantly looks after Brisan’s Insight and Clarity clients, while also supporting a wide range of businesses with budgeting, internal reporting, business valuations, restructuring projects and other ad hoc work.Â
She enjoys helping clients grow their businesses, alongside the variety of working across different projects and supporting the wider Brisan team.
 Outside of work, Lorraine enjoys staying active, making the most of the outdoors and spending quality time with her family on holiday.
Beks Ingram
Payroll Manager
Having been part of Brisan for many years, Beks now leads the payroll department and enjoys helping clients with all aspects of payroll.
Payroll is her specialist area, and she takes great pride in delivering a reliable service for clients.
 Outside of work, you’re most likely to find Beks in a field, either with a rugby ball in hand or a good book beside a campfire.
Amela Miles
Client Advisor
Amelia works closely with clients to manage their accounts and provide support that helps their businesses run smoothly. Building strong relationships and understanding each client’s individual needs is at the heart of her role.
She enjoys helping clients solve problems and providing valuable insights that enable them to make informed financial decisions, making accounting feel straightforward and approachable.
Her areas of expertise include Xero and helping clients overcome day-to-day accounting challenges by streamlining processes and providing practical solutions.
Outside of work, Amelia enjoys running, socialising with friends and travelling with family and friends.
James Clark
Client Advisor
James is one of the main points of contact for his clients, working closely with them and the wider Brisan team to deliver a high level of service.
 What he enjoys most is helping clients understand their financial figures, giving them the confidence to make informed business decisions.
His areas of expertise include Xero and VAT returns.
Outside of work, James enjoys hiking and travelling.
Kieren Brown
Client & Projects Manager
Kieren works with businesses to understand their challenges and implement solutions that help their finances run more efficiently. He also supports both clients and colleagues with training, ensuring everyone gets the most from their software systems.
He particularly enjoys solving complex problems and helping business owners spend less time in the weeds and more time focusing on what they do best.
Kieren has extensive experience with the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and enjoys tackling even the trickiest projects.
Ché Fazza
Client Advisor
Ché works closely with clients, maintaining regular communication and building strong, lasting relationships.
He enjoys helping clients, whether that’s answering a quick question or supporting them through more complex challenges.Â
His expertise includes Xero, allowing him to provide practical, hands-on support with the software.Â
Outside of work, Ché enjoys playing football, going to the gym and travelling whenever he gets the chance.
Courtney Taylor
Bookkeeper
As an experienced Bookkeeper at Brisan, Courtney supports businesses by keeping their financial records accurate, organised and up to date. She works closely with clients to manage their day-to-day bookkeeping, helping them stay compliant and confident in their financial information.
What Courtney enjoys most is building strong relationships with clients and helping take the stress out of managing their finances. Seeing businesses grow and knowing she’s played a part in their success is the most rewarding aspect of her role.Â
Her areas of expertise include bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, payroll support, management reporting, and cloud accounting software including Xero and QuickBooks.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, travelling and discovering new places.
Lenny Piper
Trainee Accountant
Lenny supports clients with bookkeeping and VAT returns while continuing to develop his knowledge through his ACCA qualification, following the completion of his Accounting and Finance degree.
He enjoys supporting clients with accurate bookkeeping and helping businesses stay on top of their finances while continuing to build his accounting knowledge and experience.
Outside of work, Lenny enjoys playing golf and football.
